How to change your name in facebook even after exceeding five times

HI every body. As known you can't change your name in facebook after exceeding the fifth trial. But there's only one way through contact form.

You must fill your real name and you must also upload your ID Card or passport or any thing to verify your identity to change your name again after exceeding five times. If you want to change your name to English you must upload your passport or ID Card in English. The language of name must be verified by passport and ID Card in same language.
